About Dr Mark Igiehon

Dr Mark Osa Igiehon is a life-coach, international public speaker, academic, motivator, International oil and gas industry leader, lawyer and commercial strategist, advisor to governments, a fellow with the University of Aberdeen Centre for Energy Law, and one of the leaders at the Oil & Mineral for Good Global Forum, OMFG-Aberdeen Commercial Energy Solutions group.

He is a minister of the gospel and Pastor at RCCG City of God Aberdeen, Scotland, the base for missionary work and church planting across Scotland and Europe. Dr Mark is a student and teacher of wisdom for living fulfilling and generation-impacting lives. He is married to Alero. And they are blessed with children.

Dr Mark Osa Igiehon is the author of many scholarly and faith books, of which published and forthcoming articles include Life in the City of God; Why Does God Allow Evil and The Mystery of the 5 Baptisms. Others include Modern Parables of Marriage Intelligence Volumes 1 and 2; The Acts of the Scottish Apostles; The Chronicles of Sabbath Rest; The Groaning Room; and Tiny Ant’s School of Great Wisdom.

Dr Mark Osa Igiehon is a Fellow in the University of Aberdeen, Law, Faculty Member. An International Business and Corporate Leader. His areas of research, teaching, training and consultancy are energy and natural resources law and governance; law, development and good use of mineral resources; acquisitions and divestments; international investments protection and arbitration; capital projects contracting procurement and construction; decommissioning; upstream contracts; compliance and assurance.  He supervises PhDs. He has over 20 years of international and multi-jurisdictional experience with international oil companies and governments.
